Kick-Off Ceremony for Interdisciplinary Unit for African Studies (14 July, 2016)

Objective

kickoff%e3%83%81%e3%83%a9%e3%82%b7Kyoto University will launch an “Interdisciplinary Unit for African Studies,” with a kick-off ceremony organized by a group of Africanists at the Camphora restaurant on the University’s main campus. The Unit aims to connect the University’s research, education, and public service activities related to Africa across departmental boundaries, as well as serving as a hub for all members of the KU community with a connection to the continent.
